Residents of Westside

Do you live between Pike St and 16th St, from the highway to Madison Ave? Residents of Westside is your neighborhood association! RoW schedules social events to connect neighbors, organizes regular neighborhood cleanups, and solicits ideas for and writes applications for grant-funding opportunities.

Whether you’ve lived here for 70 years or 2 months, we want to hear from you about how to improve our community. Check out the initiatives we have on tap, come out to lend a hand, and send ideas for what we can come together to do next.

We also advocate for citizen concerns at city hall. Problem intersection? Absentee landlord? Trash piling up in an alley? We’re happy to direct you to responsible city staff or to take your concerns directly to city hall and the board of commissioners.

RoW meets on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 6pm at the Center for Great Neighborhoods, 321 W Martin Luther King Blvd. While we’d love for you to join those meetings, we do most of the important work more informally. RoW doesn’t maintain any formal membership requirements either — every neighbor is welcome!
